The MusiXine submission deadline is 30 April 2009. We accept entries sent on the date of the submission deadline. Please read also the contest rules carefully.

1. To submit your film in MusiXine, fill in the contest entry form. You can either use the printable PDF form or e-form.

2. On registration, send us the preview copy of your film either in VHS or DVD format. Note that the DVD area code must be 0 or 2. Write the name of the film clearly on the case.

NOTE that if your registration process is incomplete, we will not process your registration.

We will not return the preview copy or any material submitted to us on registration and will not pay for any shipping costs regarding the preview material. To ensure that your entry reaches us on time, we recommend you use a courier service. Please note that the customs value of the preview copy should be less than 10 euros.

4. Additionally, include the requested appendices in your entry by sending them to musixine(at)omvf.net. The list of the appendices can be found in the end of the entry form.
