Belgium joined AGWC network on 2003 and performed a memorable show in the world championships on 2004. After that they took a few years break, but now Belgium is back!

The air guitar tournament swept over the country and ended in Verviers on 13 June. Six regional champions made it to the national final. Belgian national air guitar championships will take place during the Dour Festival on 18 July 2009.

Belgian champion will travel to Finland to compete for the title of the Air Guitar World Champion with over 20 other international air guitarists on Friday 21 August 2009.
